Terms of cooperation

We love our work and value your time, and we respect that you trust us with your patients.

With an extensive experience of more than 15 years, various clinics and dentists, we have developed universal "magic rules" of cooperation that will help us avoid misunderstandings and delays in the work process. Therefore, to help you, we have worked out in detail and described the conditions for comfortable cooperation with our dental laboratory.

For good communication, please read the list of information carefully. Achieving the successful prosthetic and restoring your patients' smiles depends directly on the quality of the information you provide.

We have briefly and clearly described the list of the necessary information that you should provide about your patient.

The Customer fills out the order according to the points, independently or with the administrator's help. It is ESSENTIAL that the text is readable, filled with understandable, generally accepted terms, ideally in block letters.

Please transfer the paper (or electronic) order in a separate package from the prints (paper) to prevent it from getting wet and destroyed, or a file in the format .pdf to electronic means of communication with an additional message on Viber SENERGY.

Input data about the Customer:

· Name of the clinic
· Full name of the doctor
· Patient data for work identification

Accessories and additional elements:

· Face bow (fixator with a specified number or signed)
· Central ratio with various devices, bite registration
· Corresponding implant transfers (give details of the implant system type)
· Corresponding analogs
· Abutments, platforms, multi-units
· Other

Order:

· On the dentition, mark the teeth that are included in prostheses at this stage;
· Number of units;
· Type of work;
· Comment: (detailed information, features, suggestions)
· Color:







· Photographs according to the protocol (Clinik cards), see Appendix 2 "Photo protocol."
- Scans of the face (if possible; Clinik cards)

Date of work or fitting (agreed with the administrator. Upon receipt of all data and components, the result is performed according to the agreed deadlines. If not, then the fitting date is extended automatically until complete information is clarified (a receipt of components).

Basic information about ordering

A) Color according to the color scheme

C) Gum color (if working on implants)

Prints to be taken according to the criteria:

- Integrity, completeness, and stability
- Complete mass polymerization
- No blurry contours
- No compression
- Taken beyond ledge space
- Transfers are fixed
- Metal tray using an adhesive agent for impression material

Full print (regardless of the number of units), not alginate (because you need to get prints of multiple models)

Teeth to be prepared according to the criteria:

- Parallel-walled or tapered implants
- Availability of space for a specified type of construction (standard 1.5 mm in crowns and bridges, veneers from 0.6 mm)
- Formed ledge (for a precise fit and structural strength), no sharp edges or inaccuracies)

- Diagnostic model
- Centrofix – determination of the central ratio
- Analysis of the received data
- Approval of the order price, determination of the necessary components (obtained from the Customer)
- Production of splints according to the indications
- Functional and aesthetic Wax-up
- Temporary design of the first order
- Temporary design of the second order as a permanent work project
- Photo recording with wishes and approval of shape, color
- Production of permanent work
- Minor work correction if necessary

Prints to be taken according to the criteria:

The deadlines are minimal, the days of receipt and delivery of work are not taken into account.

Deadlines for order execution are met if there are: prints of adequate quality (described in the conditions for taking prints), a FULLY completed order, photos added (according to the photo protocol), presence of all prosthetic components (analogs, platforms, and others, provided by the Customer, or ordered by the laboratory from the Supplier, while the invoice goes to the Customer. The delivery time of components is not taken into account of work terms.


For better cooperation and to avoid misunderstandings, it is better to coordinate (confirm) the order completion deadline with the administrator.

Design (Wax up) and accessory structures – rollers, centrofix, etc.) – 5 working days

Temporary work – 5-10 business days (depending on the number of units and complexity of the work)

Permanent work – 10-14 working days (depending on the number of units and complexity of the work)
