Warranty Terms

2. The Contractor may engage third parties to perform work under this contract, while remaining responsible to the Customer for the final result.

3. To ensure high-quality workmanship (order) and the Contractor’s warranty obligations, the Customer is required to submit an order for the fabrication of prostheses to the Contractor in accordance with the following conditions: a) dental impressions (scans) of adequate quality; b) a defined occlusion (i.e., occlusal cones or templates must be available, along with an antagonist impression (or scan); c) a detailed and legible paper (or electronic) treatment plan; d) a photo of the patient in accordance with the photo protocol; e) for implant-supported prosthetics – an impression (scan) with transfers (scan markers) and implant analogs.

4. If the Customer fails to comply with the conditions specified in paragraph 3, the Contractor shall not be liable under the warranty.

5. The Contractor shall be liable for any defects in the quality of the work performed (except as provided for in paragraph 4).

6. The Contractor reserves the right to refuse to provide a warranty. However, in such cases, the Contractor shall notify the Customer (Client) in writing prior to the commencement of work or during the performance of the work (order).

7. INFORMATION regarding the order (work) received by the Contractor from the Customer (Client) may be treated as a trade secret and shall not be disclosed without the Customer’s (Client’s) permission.

8. Warranty periods for dental restorations*: - All-ceramic zirconia crowns – up to 10 years; - Metal-ceramic crowns – up to 3 years; - Porcelain-fused-to-metal veneers – up to 2 years; * - Lithium disilicate veneers (crowns) – up to 3 years; * - Metal-resin restorations – up to 1 year. * Provided that all cementation protocols are followed.
